Our recent outing with Happy Explorer Nature Adventures was an absolute blast! We kicked off our adventure at Tholt-y-Will, soaking in the peaceful vibes before hitting the trails for a loop. Andy shared his knowledge of trees, edible plants, and some of his favorite waterfalls along the way.

The walk was a mix of stunning scenery and good company, with plenty of laughs along the way. We headed for a dip in the river with the most incredible views.

Apart from the fun, getting out in nature has some serious mental health benefits. Studies have shown that spending time outdoors can reduce stress, improve mood, and boost overall well-being. It's like hitting the reset button for your mind!

Afterward, we gathered around for some hot chocolate, swapping stories and enjoying each other's company. It was the perfect way to end a great day outdoors with the team.
