Cauliflower - Organic

£3.50

Grown slowly and naturally by Cathy and Gordon Case, on mineral-rich soil. The result is smaller, firmer caulis with exceptional nutty flavour and crunch. For zero food waste, you can eat the leaves, too - they're tender and sweet.

How to prepare

Veg up your diet with cauliflower rice or used as a low-carb topping for cottage pie. Or go for full-on comfort with cauliflower cheese – to make it a full meal we like throwing in a good dollop of mustard, a bit of smoked fish, bacon or chopped hard-boiled eggs (usually not all at the same time!).

Storage

Keep in the fridge – they can last up to a fortnight.

Why Riverford?

We source our organic fruit and veg from Riverford, a grower-led business that’s been championing organic farming for decades. That means food grown properly, with healthy soil, seasonal rhythms, and zero shortcuts, just as nature intended.

Organic, Seasonal & Full of Life

Riverford’s produce is grown without synthetic pesticides or fertilisers, allowing the plants (and the soil they grow in) to thrive naturally. You’ll taste the difference: vibrant colours, proper flavour, and fruit and veg that’s packed with goodness because it’s picked in season, not forced to grow fast.

Good Food with Good Values

Beyond the veg itself, Riverford stands for fairness to farmers, to wildlife, and to the planet. From soil regeneration to minimal packaging and fair pay, every box supports a food system that’s kinder, more sustainable, and built to last.
